The following Offer Terms are specific to the Offer above:
• An American Express Card member (“Cardmember/s”) for the purpose of this Offer means a person holding a Consumer Card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India. This offer is not applicable on Corporate Cards
• This offer is open only to American Express Cardmembers whose Accounts are valid and in good standing.
• The Cardmember has to enroll for the offer by clicking the registration link on the communication sent by American Express to avail the offer. Any Supplementary Card(s) would be treated as a separate Card and needs to be enrolled separately for this offer.
• Offer Details: Get flat 5% cashback on all ezeclick transactions made at IRCTC, Vodafone, Dominos, BookMyShow and Indigo.
• Cardmembers can earn a maximum cashback of Rs.750 per Card during the offer period
• Offer is valid for ezeclick transactions made till 31st December, 2018.
• The offer is only applicable for ezeclick transactions made at IRCTC, Vodafone, Dominos, BookMyShow and Indigo. In case the ezeclick payment option is not working at any of these merchants, American Express will not be liable for the same.
• Ezeclick transactions at Vodafone via EPAY will not be eligible for the offer.
• The cash back will be in the form of Statement credit and will be processed directly into the registered Card account within 90 days from offer end date.
• Cardmembers may raise queries, if any, pertaining to the cashback on or before 30th April, 2019, failing which American Express will not be liable to review and/or honor such queries.
• To avail this Offer, purchase transaction should be charged in full to the American Express Card using American Express ezeClick. No cash or e-Wallet alternative is available.

• In the event a purchase transaction is cancelled or refunded, the cashback, if credited to Cardmember’s Card, will be debited from such Cardmember’s Card. In case of partial cancellation/refund, proportionate amount will be debited from such Cardmember’s Card Account.
• Offer only applies to spend made in Indian Rupee (INR)
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Card members are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Card members under this offer. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.
• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Card member under this offer.
