Does anyone know how much time does it take for the application process? Had applied ~2 weeks ago, getting follow up mails on the video KYC which I already did. On clicking the links in the follow up mail the website states: "Your application has been completed.". Had called customer care, they said the application process can take 3-4 weeks and currently there is lot of rush. Even for Video KYC I had to wait around 30 mins to get the chance. Only one problem with the KYC website is it did not give any tentative ETA. While applying the website even said you are eligible for the card without any income proof etc.
I feel 3-4 weeks for the application is too long.

Yes, had got in 2019, it was very quick. Maybe within 1-2 week i got my card

ami123 wrote:Got the card last week. Amex took almost 3 weeks. However the process between doc collection and card approval was quick. Docs collected on Friday and got approval of card on Monday. Also, found that in one of the shop where there was paytm pos the card did not work
