1. The 5G Store offer ("Offer") is provided by third party sellers (each a "Seller") offering the Device(s) (defined below) for sale on www.ama...in and its corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, "Amazon.in") in collaboration with Bharti Airtel Limited and Bharti Hexacom Limited (collectively, "Airtel") and is made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") on “Amazon.in.
2. These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the (i) Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale, and Amazon.in Return & Refunds policy, which are applicable to end customers availing the Offer, to which you agree by using Amazon.in, and (ii) Airtel postpaid offer terms and conditions provided below ("Brand Terms"). To the extent the Conditions of Use & Sale & Amazon.in Return & Refunds policy are inconsistent with these Offer Terms and the Brand Terms; these Offer Terms read together with Brand Terms will prevail with respect to the relevant Offer only.
3. This Offer is valid from October 11, 2023 till the stocks of the Devices (defined below) lasts with the Seller ("Offer Period"), unless extended or revoked by the Seller in its sole discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability.
4. Any customer who:
(a) purchases iPhone 13 model (each a, "Device") during the Offer Period from the Seller through Amazon.in; and
(b) activates a new Airtel postpaid connection (including by way of conversion from prepaid to postpaid, Mobile Number Portability ("MNP") or subscribing to a new network Airtel postpaid connection), in the manner provided in Brand Terms below, within 60 days from the date of purchase of the Device,
will receive the following benefit ("Benefit"):
(i) Airtel postpaid coupon free of cost, as identified in and subject to the relevant offer Brand Terms below. This Benefit will apply in the manner of installment discounts, on the monthly bills of the Airtel postpaid connection of such respective eligible customer.
A customer will need to fulfill the requirements of both (a) and (b) to avail the Benefit.
5. For each product purchased under the Offer (as per the terms of para 4 above), a customer will be eligible to only one Benefit as identified in and subject to the relevant Offer Brand Terms below.
6. The Benefit under this Offer is provided by the Seller and / or Airtel to the total exclusion of Amazon, and subject to additional conditions provided in the Brand Terms below. By participating in this Offer, you expressly agree that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with your use or delivery or misuse of any product / services purchased on Amazon.in or delivery or non-delivery of the products or the Benefits.

OFFER BRAND TERMS
5G Store Offer – Airtel Postpaid Benefit Terms and Conditions (Rs. 100 * 12 months). Applicable only for iPhone 13 mobile series purchased from the Seller on Amazon.in
1. Offer will be applicable only:
(i) upon purchase of a Device (defined above in Offer Terms) during the Offer Period from the Seller through Amazon.in;
(ii) upon activating a new Airtel postpaid connection (including by conversion from Airtel prepaid to Airtel postpaid, MNP from third party network provider to Airtel and subscribing to a new Airtel network connection) within 60 days from date of the Device purchase; and
(iii) for availing retail Airtel postpaid plans – Rs. 399, Rs. 499, Rs. 599, Rs. 999, Rs. 1199, Rs. 1499 (note, corporate connections will not be eligible for this Offer).
2. 12 coupons of Rs. 100 each will be credited to Airtel Thanks App within 20 days of converting to Airtel postpaid connection.
3. Coupons are applicable only for individual / family connections and add-on connections.
4. Airtel postpaid conversion must be completed within 60 days of date of purchase of Device from the Seller as per the Offer Terms.
5. Coupons will be applicable only on 1 (one) registered Airtel connection and Device.
6. Coupon validity: 13 months from the day of coupon credit.
7. Only one coupon can be applied during each bill payment.
8. Each coupon can be used only once a month.
9. Coupons will only be applicable when postpaid monthly bills are paid through Airtel Thanks App.
10. Postpaid number to which the coupons are credited must login to Airtel Thanks App to avail discount on individual / family postpaid bill payment.
11. Customers will not be able to apply the coupon under the Offer on Airtel postpaid ‘black bill’ which is offered as part of the Airtel Black program run by Airtel’.
12. Airtel postpaid connection availed under this Offer must be active on the Device purchased from the Seller at the time of bill generation.
13. Credited coupons will not be applicable if a customer downgrades to a prepaid connection, ports out of Airtel postpaid or shifts the connection to safe custody before the end of 13 months.
14. Credited coupons will not be applicable if a customer is suspended or barred by Airtel before the end of 13 months, as per Airtel postpaid terms and conditions.
