How are they selling in such cheap rates?
Don't buy this.. Service is extremely bad even in a city like Mumbai. Have had the entire laptop replaced but everytime a new issue crops up.. Avoid at all costs!
Among the newer laptop brands, AVITA is slightly better. They're the OEM (Nexstgo - Avita,Vaio) and got their own partnership with local service units while a lot of other small brands (new to laptop segment) just rebrand generic laptops & use Flipkart's own service centers (F1 service aka Jeeves) wherever they're available
but yeah.. they cannot match the service from top-tier laptop brands like dell,hp,asus,acer,lenovo & ..

an important thing as laptop, car, mobile, ups, parachute are all life saving.
so better buy trusted even if lesser specs, as you may hardly use 30% of entire spec potential, unless you are gaming

Avita Liber v14 user since Nov 2020.
The laptop is working fine, but the battery life is terrible.
As a test, I tried to reach the customer care on both email on phone, but couldn't.
So think before you order or if you want to cancel if already ordered.
