I have faced the exact opposite. Axis credited after follow-up whereas HDFC denied. They don’t even read the emails properly. But still, I won’t say Axis is good or something, I would say both are worst when it comes to crediting rp.

At least HDFC responds to follow ups and credits points but Axis will never credit points if they do not come automatic.
Not even email exists for reward points complaints
