I already got the coupon with mail intimation of offer. Immediately I bought E Gift card. But now amazon says you got email on 10 Aug now purchase G card. So I had discussed with cc & fwd email of 7 Aug about offer receipt to CC. Now they telling me to wait 5 working days.
Also last month prime day I shopped in Pantry. RS 75 CB got but Rs 150 by paying through UPI not received till now. As per contact of CC last time I should get resolution on 3 Aug but now CC says you got CB in other order. I told them tell me CB credit date. But no answer. So again dispute raised.
