Got few of them in the past in the past (99% discount ones0 even after getting cancellation texts n mails but order status was still confirmed in my account. My only shipped order this time got cancelled as soon it has got shipped (less than 30min from getting dispatched from the source city). If they are still having Order shipped status in their accounts, then 99% they will get them just like the usual price errors

I havent noticed they changed order status to cancelled that day all orders got cancelled

Got shipping message at night regarding 2 products and now morning it shows as order cancelled refunded it was on cash on delivery basis had shipped from Bhiwandi warehouse location
