I was also getting same sync account error. Then I have uninstall UPDATES for Google play service (this resolve non-functioning/retry of playstore issue on BS too) and then reset all the values (google adv id etc) and restart the BS. It has resolved the issue. You can try this, might it will help you.
P.S. I faced this issue only ONE time as of now and this method resolved it.
An update : ive got only 82 discount, cart value was 547 without any ghee or oil, it was showing 100 disc while code ws applied, but changed to 82 once order was placed, shipping 20 extra. Final payment from wallet was 484.Any idea?
