what about ordering multiple items on COD and cancel it

has anybody who ordered with ccard/netbanking (also, used the coupon to get at 299) receive their shipment?

looks like they are deferring the the shipments for people who paid by netbanking/ccard..

I paid through Netbanking and received it 4days back.

i also paind by netbanking.. still nothing.

I have ordered a Product (Black & Decker A7073 – Alkaline Battery Powered Screwdriver With voltage 6V) at Tolexo on Dec-11-2014

> Tried to reach them on 07532-808-808 (contact number published on their site) but getting same automated response always as “All our customer executives are busy … still busy … and so on”, and they will give 2 options, Press 1 voice message to press 2 for callback, I tried both still no response from them

> Not able to login to their website with correct userid/password combination even after password reset
I came to know the state of order by entering emailID and OrderID

But here some dimers are reviewing them as good, product is very good and well packed …

Do anyone know whether this website (tolexo) is genuine or fake (like timtara, askmebazaar)

if more people are found to be victims like me, then it will be better to rise Red flag on this website to prevent them and to save innocent users

i also ordered , but not yet received, CC is too poor, and no tollfree numbers, and i paid through creditcards, i too feel they first honouring COD, not to lose that customers. and they are dragging the time frame, first they said Jan 7, the repeating Jan end, by the meantime, few dimers got it. but i dont know how they are delivering, is it FIFO? or lucky draw .

i ordered 2 on COD and they honored both.

Received them both is fairly good packaging and very good condition and working. I ordered this same product a month ago on flipkart they sent the product but the batteries included were not working. So now i find TOLEXO site better than Flipkart in this regards.

My 2nd order is not yet delivered. COD Order.

I called them today & was told that they have stock issues & the product will only be available by the end of this month. They advised me to wait.

Earlier three orders (All CoD) were delivered 2-3 weeks back.. I suppose they will deliver but will take their time since they didn’t expected such response. The website is buggy & customer care never replies to email.. Start Up issues I suppose. But they do respond to calls to their call centre albeit quite slowly. Put me on hold for almost 15 mins..

People should wait.. That’s why many opted for CoD instead of saving another 20 odd bucks..

no update on the shipment.. last response said they will start shipping by 29th Jan.. sent a reminder asking for status on Monday.. No reply

What do we do? anyone else still waiting like me?

I too haven’t received it yet.

Some people in this thread are saying they have contacted Tolexo customer care, but in my case, I tried to reach them on phone and email many times and failed all the times. Can anyone, among successful people who spoke with them, let us know how you contacted them???

I have placed two orders with them and received none

I had placed the order on COD and received it & paid a cash of rs. 331/-.
Not bad at all…fantastic tool, very useful for domestic purpose…

I really forgot about it.. Hvnt received it yet,, it’s been more than a month now..

i received it 20days back…we can relay tolexo…no problem every one could get it.
product also very nice original one…

after 2 months still not received ,they are not replying email also now

beware!!! they do not ship, my order for the same product is pending since 11/12/2014. so stay away, or regret later.

It’s not a scam. I got it delivered 3 weeks back. they have many orders ti fulfill that’s why they are taking time.
