Activation Process:
The cards will be activated by email. The user need to register themselves on YouFirst website.
How to Use the Card:
1. Use the APIN in the card kit for POS transactions. Swipe the card and enter APIN to authorize the transaction.
2. For online transactions select payment option as Debit or Credit Card.
3. Input 16-digit card number, Cardholder name and Card expiry date.
4. Input the CVV number.
5. On the first transaction you will be redirected to create a Visa Secure code.
6. This Visa Secure code will be required every time you use your card for online transactions.
7. Registering the Card in the YouFirst portal is mandatory for using the card.
8. You will receive an SMS alert with transaction and balance details after every transaction on your registered mobile number.

I missed those comments completely where people were worried about activation charges. 
The activation charges are mentioned by every bank on their website and their partner websites. EVen on Axis Bank GC there is charges mentioned for Rs. 100+S.T. But it is chargeable only when you go to bank and ask for it or get them directly from their partners. The seller who sell it online on Amazon, SClues etc. get these cards in advance from banks in bulk by paying service charge also and their commision is fixed. When they sell online like GCI, Youfirst, Zaggle they always give full amount. It is just like if you visit the bank talk to them that you will require 1000 cards each of 500/1000/2500/5000/10000/20000, they definately offer discount and waive off activation charge. Banks actually earn on transaction charges which is 3.5-5% no matter where we do txn and it differs on site to site.
Even if resellers like GCI is getting 1% out of it, they make lot of money as buyers like us helping them by rotating money. Also SClues and Amazon and Courier walas have their fare share too
They were stupid people who were acting as they had never purchased Gift Cards Online.
And some people were purposely creating confusion by asking such silly questions.
