Activation Process:
The cards will be activated by email. The user need to register themselves on YouFirst website.
How to Use the Card:
1. Use the APIN in the card kit for POS transactions. Swipe the card and enter APIN to authorize the transaction.
2. For online transactions select payment option as Debit or Credit Card.
3. Input 16-digit card number, Cardholder name and Card expiry date.
4. Input the CVV number.
5. On the first transaction you will be redirected to create a Visa Secure code.
6. This Visa Secure code will be required every time you use your card for online transactions.
7. Registering the Card in the YouFirst portal is mandatory for using the card.
8. You will receive an SMS alert with transaction and balance details after every transaction on your registered mobile number.
Registration Process:
1. Follow the steps to register your card in the YouFirst portal
2. Registering your card will enable you to:
a. Check Balance
View Transactionsc. Modify profile details
d. Change PIN

You should have received info. pamphlet. Don’t be lazy. Read it. It’s in simple English. 
btw You have to mail them for the same from your registered mail ID (The one you used for order on Sclues).
Anyone knows how much time it takes to get refund in case of amount debited from mpesa wallet and order got failed..
It takes 2-7 days. In my case it was refunded in 3 days as txn failed on Tuesday (evening) and on Friday I got credit back. All the money that is deducted but txn fails don’t reach the merchant and stuck with payment gateway. mPesa is handled by ICICI Bank and refund is quick like HDFC. But in odd cases it can take 15 days also if payment was transferred yet at merchant’s end problem occur.

My 2 out of 3 cards activated (3rd hvnt yet requested). I had sent email on 23rd but did not rcv any sms or email confirmation about activation. Today i first registered 2 cards on You first website and there it showed as Active with correct balance.
Used one card for Rs 5000 too on paytm and worked perfectly fine.

read my comment posted 22 hours ago. 2/3 activated. One pending at my end to send email for activation. 1 card used completely . 1 to be used over next 2 days. and 1 (pending activation) will use in April.
don’t use this card ola they are charging 3% service charge…OLA saying they didn’t charged where as bank saying it is charged by OLA.
