Activation Process:
The cards will be activated by email. The user need to register themselves on YouFirst website.
How to Use the Card:
1. Use the APIN in the card kit for POS transactions. Swipe the card and enter APIN to authorize the transaction.
2. For online transactions select payment option as Debit or Credit Card.
3. Input 16-digit card number, Cardholder name and Card expiry date.
4. Input the CVV number.
5. On the first transaction you will be redirected to create a Visa Secure code.
6. This Visa Secure code will be required every time you use your card for online transactions.
7. Registering the Card in the YouFirst portal is mandatory for using the card.
8. You will receive an SMS alert with transaction and balance details after every transaction on your registered mobile number.
Registration Process:
1. Follow the steps to register your card in the YouFirst portal
2. Registering your card will enable you to:
a. Check Balance
View Transactionsc. Modify profile details
d. Change PIN
Just put all order IDs and reference numbers in a single email. I am assuming it’s not 10+ cards, which might make it unmanageable even for their manual+automated systems.
@aka_iitd The instructions to request card activation are clearly written on a label pasted on the card envelope. Follow them.
Guys, YF is sometimes missing to activate 1-2 cards from a single batch of cards (6-10 cards per batch). Similarly, one card from a single batch was activated with others but the money-loaded SMS for that card came 5 hours after the other cards. Be watchful and track things properly via the activation and money-loaded SMS’es.

Talked to Edenred/TC yesterday over activation issue. They said GCI not passing the money to load and activate cards. Then talked to GCI and told that girl with a lovely voice about this and they blamed the provider and when I told them you are the provider, they said no Yes Bank is the provider. 
I agreed but told, when we buy from Amazon or any other site it is GCI that receives the money first and later pass on. She agreed to me but kept on saying blah blah. Never came to the point that GCI is holding the money now by saying operational issues. Then she put me on hold and didn’t mute (or say God wanted me to listen) and was talking to someone around him, “Yaar customer pareshaan kar rahe hai roj ab toh activation ke liye transfer kar do (maybe money). Sir ko kaho, roj itne calls aa rahe hai” 
The real story is GCI and other partners have gone through heavy loses because of selling cards at discount beyond their pocket allowed to create market but now it is back firing them and they holding the money
She also accepted, because of huge losses they will now sell cards from their website only and TC cards will not be back anywhere else soon. Even last time there were no issues maybe in Nov-Dec 2016 but they held the money with them. Don’t know where may be they using the money. Stock markets to recover loss as they are the only place where you can park funds and expect returns overnight. haha Vaise bhi Dalal Street zyada dur nahi hai GCI ke office se.

just spoked the senior custamer care executive. he told me . If one registered on january, 5% cashback will get till march 31 max 500. if registered 3 months before will get 10% cashback upto . those who registered on january will get 10% after april1. all executives told me i am eligible for 5% and not 10%. but sam-1 replies he got 10% and he is old user. i dont know when he registered. so no idea what will get as cb .any one call and confirm i am fedup with calls. 180012355400 it is toll free. if call from mpesa registered number directly gone to your accounts and will be able to speak with agent in your own states language. so try
It’s fake. All people who do transaction after 24th March 2017 will get 10% i.e. Maximum Rs.200/- Cashback irrespective whether it may be new or old user.

shopclues staff are really lazy, they should update offer page instantly once the offer expires. Like see the SBI 10% offer is still showing on their page as if it is valid.
They should learn something from Amazon.
I had sent activation req mail on 27th late night for 6 orders placed from the same shopclues id. Three got activated today morning. For the other three, I received this mail just now:

Bro, if you are so desparate to know why don’t you try yourself. From our experience we know that 5% and 10% won’t be allowed in same month then why u r asking again and again. Until now whenever I need to know anything I tried on my own like to check they give 5% twice I did two txn in January for 5000 but only 250 came and no cb for 2nd txn which made clear that it is not cumulative offer.
When it is clearly mentioned that one mpesa customer can get cb only once for shopclues order then why you going behind it? April will arrive in 2 days and you will get 10% upto 200 on all ur acc. So just chill.

I received my cards taken them out of packet forgot to remember order id how do I match GC numbers now I have sc packets in one hand and envelopes in other hand
one order was from different mail ID too how do I know which card belongs to which packet ?
