1st- i m not saying that u promoted this deal but just conveying my message to discuss with admin team so that more attention can be taken while promoting these types of deals.
2nd- i m not raising mine query but just providing the true fact . i have already raised issue about that deal but still no response so no point of raising issue again.

Mine is not dispatched even. Should I cancel or is there a chance I will get new product?

Got a call from SD and they said if you got an expiry product just send the pics and they will recall the product and process the refund..
There is no such barrier of non returnable on food items if you have received damaged or expired…
They can deny also as 1 week is still left for expiry..

Its alright to eat them…if they deny return request / if you think the return process is a hassle. Eatables like biscuits don’t have an expiry date but a best before date….and a Best before date indicates that there’s a chance that the intended flavour might change around the specified date(and they often put it early to promote sales and to be on the safe side)….but its perfectly healthy to eat them unless they have developed a mould or something. But then, my order was in transit and I have cancelled it cuz we all bought it because it was a good deal, not a stock clearance sale….so Im not one to preach.

Does snapdeal takes back the expired products… today i am going to receive the product…

Also date on boxes are 16/01/2016 but will expire on 16th june 5 days from now.
