My BSNL 3g works as good as airtel 4g at late night and early mornings, for the remaining day I use broadband.
Otherwise the speed is moderate if you go out in open spaces, not for heavy users, but average surfing can be done from BSNL throughout the day

instant dislike. Fraud company no service, no communications, always keeps losing my letters, keeps sending bill after disconnection, no buyback of useless expensive adsl modems. Should cost zero or negative for highest plan.

I get 2MBPS at my home (same as Jio) but 500kbps outside. Still, no other operator provides whopping 5GB/day @ 2400. Airtel is 1.5GB/Day and Jio is 2GB/Day.

Just FYI, BSNL does not have 4G service in India. There are some places where BSNL 4G is there just for trial and testing.
BSNL only provides 3G services pan India.
I think bsnl is the only operator where u need not charge everymonth to maintain incoming call facility.
