My current prime ends in March 2023. This is due to the other offer that had come few days back and I had extended it. Now this voucher says not eligible anymore.

yes you can extend till oct 2023. Validity of the coupon is 1 year.
but you can extend right away no need to wait.
Still unable to redeem. If my prime is already extended till March 2023, any point waiting to redeem this code later or it is better off to sell as I am not even sure if the code will work later and may lose entire amount.
