There is a saying in Telugu. “Though it is pure, Fire has to take the hammer shots if it is with Iron”. Indiaplaza has to make sure that their sellers are genuine and tha’ts their responsibility. As a buyer, I don’t have any trust over Indiaplaza now.

I called indiaplaza and asked i didnt get second shipment at 5.30 pm . They said if u didnt recieve within 6.30 we will refund the amount paid

@ guys they wont send the 2nd pack it seems, they said they will refund the amount. i called there cc and got the info that my order is cancelled and refund is initiated and will get the same in 7 working days

also about the dry fruits thing they said they wont collect the pack but will refund that too ,need to w8 and c how long they take to credit my account

do we need to call them for refund ?

i have sent you the PM before i read this

i made one order of each but didnt got the next shipment till today..i called them yesterday and was told that all the orders have been shipped on 10th and on asking the AWB no, of the courier,i was told “they have not yet been updated”..and i made another call today around 5pm and what told that if it does not reach by today then the amount would b refunded..
listen guys,we were cheated by 224 rs on 169gm pack and 226 on 269 gm pack..dont settle for just 25 rs refund ( 99 rs for 75 rs pack ) or 26 rs refund ( 151 rs for 125 rs pack ).. if they dont settle for anything more then say “i dont need refund,just give me the FAX no. where I can Fax the order details along with the Legal Notice”.

Indiaplaza had kept their promise…..

They had refunded money to all the customers who had not recieved the second packet….

Atleast I had recieved for two of my orders..

They had creditted 100 rs. each for Rs 99 deal..
