9. If for any reason this Campaign is not capable of  from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the Prize or participation in the Campaign including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise.

ANNEXURE I

DETAILS OF THE CAMPAIGN AND HOW TO ENTER

1. Campaign Period: This Campaign will commence from 00:00:01 a.m. on 20^th March 2024 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. on 30^th Apr 2024 (" Campaign Period "). Any entries before or after the Campaign Period will not be considered. We reserve our right to cancel/modify/extend the Campaign Period or the T&Cs applicable to this Campaign without giving any prior notice to You. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.

2. This Campaign is applicable to PAN India (except for the state of Tamil Nadu).

3. You must comply with and satisfy all the required criteria to be entitled to participate in the Campaign including complying with meeting all eligibility and pre-conditions to win a Prize as set out in these T&Cs. Any breach of these T&Cs including without limitation any default or failure on Your part to comply with any conditions and requirements, relating to winning a Prize or participating in the Campaign may disqualify You from the Campaign or from winning a Prize.

4. How to Participate

a) For PAN India Except State of Tamil Nadu: To Participate in the Campaign, the Participant is required to, at his/her sole discretion, purchase the limited-edition Cadbury Gems contained in the pack which has the call out with respect to the Campaign (" Product "). Participation in the Campaign is subject to availability of the Product in the market or specified stores, as applicable and indicated in these T&Cs, during the Campaign Period. We or Campaign Partner shall not be held responsible for any circumstance leading to nonavailability of the Product in the market.

b) To enter the Campaign, the Participant shall scan the QR code printed on the pack or visit the campaign website www.cadburygems.in OR www.gemscricket.in and enter their name, email ID, Age and mobile number. The Participant will receive a One Time Password ("OTP") on their registered mobile number. The Participant will enter the OTP and proceed to play a web-based game akin to the game of cricket.

5. Chance to win Daily Rewards or Mega Reward (together referred to as "Prize"):

i. On entering the details as mentioned above. The Participants will reach the webpage and they can play a web-based game of cricket. The rules of the game will be displayed on the website. While you play the game of Cricket, scorecard will show the total runs scored by the Participant in a cricket game of 3 overs for that particular match. The Participants will be able to see the highest score of the Participant for that day (commence from 00:00:01 AM and end at 11:59:59 PM) on the same screen. The Participants may win the following Prizes:

• Weekly Rewards: UP TO 50 top scorers in a particular week during the Campaign Period, will be eligible to win the weekly Reward of INR 1000 Gift Voucher. Top score will be determined as an aggregate of all the matches played by the user in the particular week. The Participant acknowledges that week will be observed from 00:00:01 hours on 20^th March to 23:59:59 on 26^th March and subsequently for 6 weeks. The Participants understands that the winner selection will be made through a computerized randomizer/selection process.

• Mega Rewards: UP TO 1 lucky winner out of the all the Participants and Weekly

Reward winners, will be eligible to win Mega Reward. The winner of the Mega Reward will be eligible to win 4 VIP passes for a cricket match in India wherein one of the teams will be the Indian National Cricket team. The VIP passes will be one level above the regular passes. The Mega Reward Winner will be notified via Call / SMS / Email with regarding the details of process to claim the Mega Reward. The Participant acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any additional cost incurred by them in travel, accommodation etc and Mondelez will be only be issuing 4 VIP passes. The Participant will be solely responsible to adhere to all the terms & conditions of the cricket authorities, cricket stadium and Mondelez will not be responsible for any non-adherence.

ANNEXURE II

PRIZES

1. Number of Prizes (Weekly Reward & Mega Reward):

a. Weekly Reward i.e. Gift Voucher worth INR 1000: There are maximum of UPTO 50 Weekly Rewards under this Campaign. The Prizes are funded by Mondelez under this Campaign, one for each Participant who complies with our T&Cs. Each Participant would be eligible to win only if he/ she has participated in the Campaign in the manner provided under the " Details of the Campaign and How to Enter " section given in these T&Cs.

b. Mega Reward: UP TO 1 winner out of all the Participants and Weekly Reward winners, will be eligible to win Mega Reward. The winner of the Mega Reward will be eligible to win 4 VIP passes for a cricket match in India wherein the Indian National Team will be one of the playing teams.

2. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined in these T&Cs.

3. Prizes: Participants shall be eligible to win the following Prizes (" Prizes "):

a. Weekly Reward - Chance to win any one of the prizes ("Gift Voucher") as per below quantity:

i. INR 1000 Amazon Voucher OR

ii. INR 1000 Decathalon Voucher

b. Mega Reward- Chance to win 4 VIP passes for a cricket match in India wherein the Indian National Team will be one of the playing teams. The Participant acknowledges that Mondelez will have the sole discretion to select the cricket match for which Mega Reward tickets are being awarded.

4. Any Participant will be eligible to win only one "Gift Voucher" during the entire duration of the Campaign Period.

Any Participant will be eligible to win a maximum of one Weekly Reward during the Campaign Period (i.e. if a Participant has won a Weekly Reward of INR 1000 on Week 1, they are not eligible to win the same reward on any other Week until the end of the Campaign Duration).

5. All applicable taxes resulting from acceptance of Prize(s) shall be the responsibility of Prize Winner.

6. Winner Selection, Winner Announcement and Contacting Winners:

a. The Weekly Reward Winners will be basis the top scorer after aggregating scores from all the matches they played during the week.

b. Mega Reward (4 VIP Passes for an India Cricket Match in India) Winners will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and to provide verification documents within 3 days of initial contact to be eligible for the winner selection process. Winners will be required to share the verification documents as provided below:

i. Copy of PAN Card and Aadhar Card is mandatory for the Mega Reward Winner.

c. Mondelez and/or the Campaign Partner shall not be responsible for any accident or mishap or loss of the verification documents. The responsibility for ensuring that the documents reach the address as directed by Mondelez or Campaign Partner lies solely with the Participants. No justification/explanation for non-receipt of the documents or any missing documents shall be accepted.

d. In the event that the Mega Reward Winners do not respond to communications within 3 days of initial contact, the Campaign Partner reserves the right to disqualify those Winners and the Prize will be forfeited.

e. In the event that Mega Reward Winner's number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two further attempts would be made to contact the Winner. If even on the third attempt, the Winner does not attend the call or is unreachable, the Mega Reward Prize shall stand forfeited.

f. No Prizes will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) is suspected to be incorrect or fraudulent either by the independent auditor or the Campaign Partner basis the information earlier shared by the Participant at the time of first contact or for any other reason.

7. Additional Terms in relation to Prizes

a. The Prizes i.e. Weekly Reward and Mega Reward is provided on an "as-is basis". Mondelez and their associates, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible or liable for failure by the Prize Winner to redeem the Prize(s) won or to take part in the Campaign itself including due to restrictions placed by any government authorities restricting movement or travel. You understand and acknowledge that this Campaign is being offered on a reasonable effort basis and the ability of the Participant to avail the benefit is subject to Government permissions and restrictions that may be imposed upon people movement or upon the operation of retail shops and other commercial establishments. Mondelez and its Campaign Partner shall not be held liable on this account if any Participant is unable to avail the benefit due to such restrictions.

ANNEXURE III

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN RELATION TO CAMPAIGN

Terms and Conditions - Rs. 1000 Amazon or Decathalon Voucher

1. This offer entitles the end user Rs. 1000 off on the Amazon App or Decathalon online website in India only. The Value will be mentioned on the voucher.

2. This offer is available only on online payment option and not available on COD.

3. The discount is valid on sub-total amount which excludes delivery (+packaging), and GST charges.

4. Offer valid for all days of the week.

5. Any Order that customers place on the App is subject to product availability, Delivery capacity and acceptance by Partner.

6. Discount is offered on minimum purchase and maximum of 1 transaction only on one promo Code. The balance cost (after discount) of the order will be charged to the credit/ debit card of the end user.

7. A maximum of 1 code can be used per transaction.

8. If the value of the Order is less than the value of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.
