Please remember, do not let the delivery guy go before you get SMS confirming the amount loaded.

I lost Rs 100 yesterday during cash load. Has placed an order for 400 & gave the delivery guy 500 & asked him to put remaining 100 in my account via cash load. He showed me a msg on his device reg amount added & went away. I immediately got SMS about order delivered but nothing about cash load. Contacted amazon cc after half hour & they asked to wait atleast 6 hrs. After 6 hrs, they said 24 hrs. Now it’s been more than 36 hrs but no action/response from them.

I have successfully loaded around Rs.2600 total using cash load 3 times earlier too. Got cashback (total 500) within 24 hrs each time. But this experience has been disappointing.

Anyone tried in Hyderabad?

There is no such pin code requirements or restrictions , I am from Lucknow and myself loaded 2 times under different offers and got 500 each time.

I did not get money in Amazon pay immediately. I called up customer care they said it would take 24hours. Is it possible? The message on delivery guy phone says he returned the extra amount in cash.

Same issue with me, been 3 days now. Contacting CC & they ar unable to help

Final update from me on this topic – Today same delivery person came (after 4 days) and returned the cash saying he is unable to load to my balance due to some issue. Have updated CC and withdrawn my complaint.

Is this offer applicable if i return the product??

In Bangalore, Amazon said they do not service my pincode. I asked amazon the serviceable pin code but they are not ready to give. Looks like they are fooling folks

Hi , I need info.. I ordered a product of 1200 rs and cash load done 2500 at the time of delivery, they deducted the amount of order value, remaining amount came to Amazon pay..but today I got cash back for only remaining amount not for order value

I tried with Cash On Delivery option. Delivery guy told “He can’t help me. He doesnt have that facility”.

As per Amazon CC, CB is valid for loading cash through credit /debit cards also.

got cb for 2nd time in 2 months… this time loaded only 2450 bcoz of the 10k limit

In my account COD option is inactive. made many prepaid orders, cod order previous month also. but now it is not active. contacting amazon morethan 6 days every time they will say wait it is escalated. Previously one of my cod order was not delivered. fedup with the cc team of amazon. anyone facing this issue. please helpp me.
