• Bonus CV Points will be credited to the concerned CV ID within 45 working days post Offer end date (that is, 31-March-2023).
• Top 10 spenders will be basis highest transfer done within offer period and will be on the discrepancy of Club Vistara. Winners will be announced post 45 days of offer period.
• Weekly raffle draw winner eligible for a Purple Ticket Gift Card worth INR 1000 will be announced on the Club Vistara Updates Page and the Club Vistara Instagram handle - @ club.vistara every Monday, beginning 06-March-2023.
• All winners need to be registered for the offer to be eligible.
• Bonus CV Points will be awarded on basis of the Transaction date (falling within the Offer Period) provided by the Eligible Partners to Vistara.
• If the Club Vistara member transfers reward points from two or more eligible partners, the transfer of reward points to CV Points under this offer will be reflected separately for each transaction in the member’s account.
• For example: If a member transfers, equivalent to, 100,000 CV Points from HDFC Reward Points in the first transaction and 50,000 CV Points from IndusInd Reward Points in the second transaction within the offer period; the member will be eligible for bonus points for both transactions (and these will be credited to the members account separately.
• A CV member may earn maximum bonus of 1,50,000 CV Points per Points Transfer Partner*. Any bonus above this will be capped at 1,50,000 CV Points.
• Offer is applicable only on the first transaction with each Points Transfer bank during the offer period. Example: if a CV member transfers 100,000 HDFC Reward Points in first transaction and 50,000 HDFC Reward Points in the second transaction within the offer period, the CV member will be eligible for the bonus CV Points only on the First transaction of 100,000 CV Points.
  
• With respect to conversion/transfer of Reward Points to CV Points, the terms and conditions of the loyalty program of the respective Eligible Partners will apply. Please refer to their respective websites for such terms and conditions and reach out to the Eligible Partners in case of any queries.
• In case of Club ITC, a maximum of 60000 ITC Green Points may be transferred per CV Member per calendar year. Maximum bonus will be capped at 12000 CV Points (30% of Base CV Points Transferred).
• Vistara is not liable for any incorrect CV ID updated at member’s or bank’s end. Club Vistara IDs shared by respective reward programs post transfer of Points will be considered final.
• This Offer is valid only for the Eligible Partners and governed by the transfer ratios, minimum thresholds and transfer charges specified by the Eligible Partners.
• CV Points once credited will not be reversed.
• Vistara reserves the right, at any time without prior notice, to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotion or offer unless stated otherwise.
• These terms and conditions are in addition to and not in derogation to the terms and conditions (including the Club Vistara terms and conditions) as specified on Vistara’s website www.airvista...om, which terms and conditions shall also be applicable to the Offer.
• This Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
