coolwinks flat 1500 cashback only for today

Can anyone tell me What’s “logged in state”? I ordered through my pc and in my pc my paytm account was not logged in,is this the reason why i didn’t receive the cashback??

So no one received Cash after 9:30pm, me too,so what to do now? should we cancel the order or wait 24hours for cashback as it is mentioned in t&c..?we can’t cancel the order after it’s shipped..

1. Flat Rs. 1500 Cashback on min. order value of Rs. 1500.
2. Offer is valid once per user during the offer period.
3. This offer cannot be clubbed with any promo code or CoolCash.

13. In case user does not receive any cashback, he or she is either not eligible or has not followed the entire terms of the offer.
14. In case user receives Cashback where the terms & conditions of the offer have not been met, Coolwinks reserves the right to recall such Cashback from user’s account.
15. This offer is valid on Coolwinks Desktop, Msite & App (iOS and Android).
16. In case of full cancellation/return, refunded amount less of cashback will be credited back to the source of funds used while making payment. Cashback processed would be adjusted in the refund value. e.g. If Rs. 1550 is paid by the customer & cashback of Rs. 1500 is already received – balance that would be paid to customer as refund would be Rs. 50 only.
17. No refunds will be made in case of partial order cancellation/return.
18. In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and Coolwinks will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.
19. Part-payments are not allowed in this offer. The user has to preload balance in Paytm wallet before proceeding with the transaction.
20. Paytm and Coolwinks reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.

I ordered from two accounts . I didn’t get cashback instantly . Then I cancelled both order. Full refund in one account instantly and in second not received yet.

I didn’t receive cashback when contact paytm on Twitter they are saying i have received cashback but giving me fake random transaction id which is not same with transaction id i can see in my wallet wth

Coolwinks is totally praud. They loot our money, if we believe their offers. Even the customer care also a part of the loot. They never give you right information. I ordered through Amazon for 1510, didn’t receive any cash back, cool winks customer care told me no cancellation charge, full refund will be given for cancellation. But after cancellation 150 deducted only 1360 given. When I called again, i was answered as 150 cancellation charge

Waise agar cb nhe bji mila to bhi dikkat nhe mujhe.. Maine prescription eyeglasses kre hai aur jab tak prescription upload nhe karunga order confirm nhe ho sakta.. If still i didn’t got cb till 11 pm then will cancel the order

Has anyone tried paytmfirst membership code?

I think transactions done after 9:30 pm since yesterday were pending CB, it will be 24hrs soon. Not sure if we will receive the CB. But if everyone cancel their orders that’s a lot money for them through cancellation charges.
