hope my issue gets resolved with the new piece they are shipping.

when suprisingly & suddenly out of nowhere we get premium support..we be like apun jhukega nahin saala

Yes, they gave me a replacement after multiple emails. However first they asked me to send the faulty piece, then gave me a new one.

I have repurposed 18650 batteries from my old laptop battery so I think it was around Rs. 150-200.
But I have longer back up times and variable current flow based on number devices... like my wifi router, raspberrypi (I use this for samba share, pihole and unbound)

thats sad... but atleast they send a new replacement... so we have to bear the courier charges.

No, they arranged for pickup and delivery, for 2-3 days I did not have the ups during the transition.
