Onecard bill can be paid in Mobikwik. Mine is Federal Onecard.
Their service is really good once i paid the electricity bill and it was updated immediately in 4 months.

No problem, ask CC. They will transfer to new card. Once did. Just told about closed card. And the issue. They transferred @coolboyzhavingfun780 .
