It is simple, Compete with the best in a league and win..
- Create a team of three players invite your friends or ask fellow dimers to form a team
- Decide The Team Name
- And be ready to rumble
- Last date for team submission 2nd March 2013
- Contest begins 4th March and ends on 24th March 2013.
Max of 40 Teams can participate in the DPL 2013
Round 1 – Knock Out Stage
20 teams Vs 20 teams
Each team will get a chance to compete one other team,
Each team has to select their best player and msg the admin before the match day,
At a predetermined time a product image will be shown in the contest thread,
The person to find the best deal for that product wins
1. The deal can be made using coupons, but the coupon has to be generic coupon (no one time use coupon codes, no bank specific coupon codes). Signup/Registrations coupons would be acceptable.
2. International sites shipping to India is not allowed
3. If the deal is from ebay, seller rating less than 50 will not be allowed (unless it is promoted by ebay itself)
4. Deal/Coupons from sites which are banned on Desi Dime won’t be allowed in the contest.
5. Other terms & Conditions as applicable
The final decision will be of the admin/mod team.

Each team gets to play with other team in the group

One player will be awarded man of the series
Wild Card Entry
- 2 Teams will be given Wild Card entries based on most number of referrals from each team member. You can find your referral link under Settings page. Ask your friends to join Desidime and you might get a wild card entry if you lose in Round 1..EDIT: or / And will be decided by the Admin team
- 1 Team will be given Wild Card entires based on most number of FPD’s collectively from each team member.
- 1 Team will be given Wild Card entires based on most number of Karma points collectively from each team member.
Rules & Condition
- You need to be 15 years or older to participate
- If found to create multiple ID’s or found doing unethical things the team would be disqualified
- The Prizes would be delivered only within India
- All other Privacy policy and terms of use of the website will be applicable for the contest as well
- Other terms & Conditions as applicable
- The final call will be of the Admin team, in case of any disputes
- Number of teams and format can change till the last minute and will be on Admin team’s discretion
- At the end of the contest the winning teams will be contacted by the admin team to inform them on how to claim their prizes

Jai & sudha bhai…isnt it more of technical error from shopclues end. As coupons are suppose to work for HDFC & ICICI customers only.

Parth bhai you have a point here regarding fair play .. I completely agree but bhai if a coupon is working for all the accounts / card holders , the coupon should be allowed.
We even got so many FPD’s using these coupons.Though it was only for specific banks but I think it has became a part of there promotion to allow this much discount on all there products,else
they would have fixed the glitch.
Do looser also move to next round? you would need some loosers so that Winners can win LOL

Rules for today’s match
- Each team will get 60 minitues (1 hr) to find the cheapest product.Time starts as soon as the product is posted.
- Only the selected player from each time will create a new thread. Other team mates can help them via pm and their entries as posts/thread will not be considered.
- You have to create a new thread in HOT DEALS ONLINE section. You can Use This Link .
- Editing your thread or posts is not allowed. If you find a better deal/coupon, please comment in your contest thread as a fresh post.
- Links/Sites where the product is out of stock will not be considered as an valid entry.
- The product has to be from an Indian site (international sites shipping products to India wont be considered).
- Coupons can be applied, but these coupons can not be one time coupon codes of other coupon sites, cant be bank specific coupon codes, Signup/registeration coupons will be allowed.
- If the deal is from ebay, seller rating less than 50 will not be allowed (unless it is promoted by ebay itself).
- Posting Deals/Coupons from sites which are banned on DesiDime won’t be allowed in the contest.
- In case of any dispute, admin team will take the final decision.

Bhai i do agree on your points. Its just that we are aware of the fact. Not everyone.Its a contest and there are many new player who are not aware of such things or errors if i say. Also at the beginning of every match we are announcing rules which says No bank specific coupons. So if a person comes and ask us why da other guy won since it was a bank specific coupon then it wont be a fair decision,isnt it. So lets give everyone a fair opportunity.

So basically such coupons are not allowed : SCHDFC , SCICICI25 ?? Hmmm ok bhai thanks for the info we thought these were allowed.Even our entry using this coupon was considered valid.
