Got the Dhani freedom card delivered at my address, I never asked for it, not even activated in Dhani app. Only ordered medicines once from Dhani Pharmcey.

Yes whoever ordered on dhani pharmacy is getting one freedom card without any concern, this is a scam, they will show the due payment of subscription fee even if you don’t sign up for their services. This scam should be reported to national consumer helpline. I have a high bp since march cz they are not adjusting the money plus deducting subscription fee even though I have canceled it in april.
There should be a petition and proper consumer forum complaints against Dhani for the card scam they are trying to pull.

Damn. My friend just got a text message from delhivery and he never used dhani pharmacy and dhani app. They are getting the information from third party. This is pathetic and should be reported.
Unless we don’t accept/activate the One Freedom Card, it won’t hit or report to CIBIL, right ? In that case he should be fine.
Although it’s a serious blow to privacy and data. Data privacy has always been joke in India.

dhani deals should be fully banned and a humble request to everyone who thinking to use dhani, a straight NO
and read my case completely.
Reason:
They keep on calling every day to make you activate their credit line and they will one day give you 50% cashback or 75% cashback on their monthly subscription fees to use the limit. In my case after they keep calling me everyday and i kept denying them then one day they gave me 75% cashback on monthly subscription fees of 199 and they have 2% cashback on using their provided freedom card so i thought it is good to just pay them 50 bucks for 30 days uses of card get the benefit of 2%. SO i activated and they gave me 5000 Limit and then i got to know that limit is 10% usable only that means i can use 500 per day only and next day 500 when i pay 1st month emi for yesterday’s 500 uses then they will activate next day 500 so this way used 3 times 500 total 1500 and then waited for 2% cashback which never came so after 1 week i paid them all the remaining emi dues and assumed all is closed and cleared and then forgot that dhani existed as calls from their side were also closed. and they deactivated the limits also after 1 month as i did not pay them 199 ….and so i assumed all is well. Worse thing they created 3 loans on 500 each on cibill. Now after 2 months i opened on 14 Aug after they sending an sms on 1st bill 25% cashback upto 250 so i thought to activate the limit again and use this again then to my surprise i seen that to activate the limit i have to pay them 199*2 = 398 for the last 2 months which i did not used as they had deactivated the limit. So i did not activate the limit then contacted their customer support to close this credit limit then they said you can close the loans only when you pay them 398 so i fought and asked them to transfer call to their manager but they did not transferred and i recorded their call even thinking may be now they will call transfer and make the manager understand why i have to pay for 398 when i haven’t used their credit line, and even they themselves deactivated it as i did not pay and now they want me to pay them for last 2 months for that they gave example of Netflix that netflix keep charging even if one does not use, then i said but netflix does not stop services but Dhani stopped my credit line when i did not pay now they want me to pay 398 to close the service. So today(18 Aug) i just paid them 398 and closed the service as my mental peace was getting hampered. I believe Money is not important over mental Peace. So say NO to Dhani.
Update After 18 Aug: after closing down my dhani one freedom card credit line, they started calling again daily so now i pick the call daily to activate the limit and they have offer etc and use literal abusing words until they disconnect themselves, i am kind of enjoying this game now, i used to abuse only male customer support so in last 2-3 days i am only getting calls from female employees so today i used same abusing words to the female also because i am fedup of their this type of mentality, now here comes a solution to blocking calls but they do call over internet so numbers keep changing or what not. And why to block numbers, when they keep calling so now i challenge them with abusing words whatever action they can take, try it and i just kind of in enjoying now because Dhani has crossed their limit and now i have crossed mine too, i will keep picking the calls and abuse every worse word i could find. …Peace Out

i received dhani card, never applied and card delivered yesterday..used dhani for covid free kit only, now they sent card without my request. Better to avoid activation
Just ignore this card and do not activate any dhani services , now as card is delivered to you they will call you a lot, and give you so many greedy offers but reality is very every bad, i have been victim of my greed, and it took me 3 months to understand whole thing, so i am telling and requesting people to not get into this Dhani trap. Worry thing is they are using desidime platform for this Dhani Trap, don’t know if there is any system on Desidime for this Dhani Credit Line Trap.
Please dont promote any deal from Dhani in future. 
They sent me free cashback card 2 months ago but I never used it. Now yesterday I received a message from courier that Dhani Card is out for delivery but I rejected the delivery When Courier boy came as I knew that was Dhani Freedom one card.
I did not receive any message too, only an OTP from Delhivery. I did not know about this so accepted the delivery. Now I won’t activate cz I have read the comments here, but they will sure harass me on call

Just wrote a letter to Rbi and NCH. They are charging for the subscription even though I have canceled it back in april. Their support is trained to act like dumb. In my whole life I have never seen this much pathetic app. They change the flow of the application without mentioning it anywhere and then if you are going to complaint then they will tell you that please show us the screenshots. And when you send the screenshots then they will just say “this is edited” if you are and old user of dhani app then you might relate what I am saying. So be aware for your mental peace.
What about their new super saver card that gives 5% cb.. already have FCC but now there is an option to activate supersaver card ..so would my FCC be changed to super saver? Has anyone activated supersaver?
Do not activate this supersaver or any credit line, this service of Dhani is not pay and use monthly, it is monthly subscription based, so once activated this will keep charging next and next months, and to deactivate this you need to have an active connection.
Now the TRAP:
Suppose you activate in Sep and pay them 399, now next month(Oct) they will charge you 399 again and so on and even if you won’t pay them amount for oct month, this service won’t stop charging but sure it will get disable and they won’t let you use the credit line, now suppose you forgot to close in 1st month(30 sep) then they will disable ur credit line but keep adding charges of 399 and they won’t ask you this amount and after 3-4 months when you come to dhani and you will see the charges for all previous 4 months, you will go mad and then you will contact their customer support but they won’t listen at all because Dhani is a piece of sh*t company. now after wasting you time and precious mind you will have to pay them all 4 months charges of 399*4 = 1596 to close this service.
Now Choice is yours what you waana do because you surely didn’t care to read all the other user’s experiences.
