The Long Term Recharge Offer(s) {hereinafter ‘Offer’} are applicable for all the valid Subscribers of Dish TV India Limited (hereinafter the ‘Company’) except for the Subscribers availing Special Offers or FTA Subs or the subscribers subscribed on the following packs: Dish Annual Pack, DTH Bronze, FTA, Sonar Bangla, Metro Pack, Dish Mobile Pack, Non Stop Pack, Annual Scheme, and EMI Annual Scheme. The Offer(s) can be availed only upon payment of the entire amount (as applicable) in a single transaction. Month refers to a period of 30 days.
Offer benefits are applicable on the total monthly recharge amount of the connection including the charges of any add on channel/packages/ child connection/VAS availed, else the benefit would be processed on the monthly recharge amount of the base pack of the connection (or parent connection in case of Multi TV connection) and the subscription period would be reduced accordingly. Additional channel/pack(s)/service(s) can be availed only upon payment of the minimum monthly charges of the same. Lock-in Period shall apply.
If the recharge is done through any mode other than recharges done through the website of Dish TV, Recharge it now, Paytm, Mobikwik, Vodafone M pesa; the subscriber shall be required to subsequently give a missed call from his Registered Mobile Number (RMN) to 18002700778 within 7 Days of recharge to avail the Offer, unless the recharges is done for a period of more than 12 months. Subscribers not having any RMN shall not be entitled to the benefits of the Offer.
Offer benefit is subject to receipt of payment by the Company. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer The subscriber shall not be allowed to avail any other offer and/or move away from the subscribed pack and/or combination during the entire subscription period except upgrading to any higher pack subject to making payment of the differential amount for the remaining subscription period. Downgrade shall not be allowed during the subscription period.
In case the subscriber avails the Offer by making payment of the total monthly recharge amount of the connection(s) for a minimum period of 12 months or 24 months including the charges of any add on channel/packages/child connection/VAS availed, he shall be entitled to STB warranty for 365 days (in case of 12 months) or STB, ODU & remote warranty for 730 days (in case of 24 months) respectively. Warranty is subject to Service Policy of the Company and shall be limited to the mentioned period only. Limited period offer. Scheme and conditions thereof can be changed at the sole discretion of the Company. Scheme and conditions are subject to change without notice. Subject to Delhi jurisdiction.

Rs 25 Processing Fee Waiver Policy:
In case your DishTV account gets deactivated on account of non-payment of subscription fee before the Switch Off date, you will not be charged any additional amount if you recharge within 3 days after your Switch Off. However, after that you shall be required to pay a nominal amount of Rs. 25/- as Fee to cover CAS, middleware and other administrative costs incurred towards maintaining your account during the de-active period.
• Switch-off date refers to Switch-off date without influence of Paylater.
• Only applicable on all recharges within 3 Days after the Due Date.
• Applicable on Parent Connection only (in case of Multi TV).
• Applicable for all the individual billable connections for DishTV, Zing Migrate and Zing subscribers.
