If you have used an E-voucher & the transaction has been failed or the order was unsuccessful then you need to send an email to [email protected] in the below mentioned format: Subject: “EGV order cancelled” E-voucher Code: 11 digits alphanumeric code, Name of the guest Mobile No. of the guest, Value of the E-Gift voucher Brief Reason for cancellation/failure. You will get a new code on your email id shortly. Inconvenience is highly regretted.
