I am unable to make payment on a newly created account. I tried mobikwik, net banking and credit card.
In case of mobikwik, it immediately comes to “Review order” page, in case of credit card, it does go till the page where the 3D secure pin is to be put but after doing that it loops back to review order page.
Anyone knows what the issue is ?

You have asked this so many times. I am not aware of any eBay system/policy to automatically do this for certain accounts. Seems like some problem with your browser/computer. Have you tried clearing your browser’s cookies and history? Always use incognito mode just to be safe. Also, try with another browser on your system.

I am sorry to keep asking.
I even tried without the coupon applied and still same issue. I tried incognito, tried office network, home internet, used my tablet (its chrome browser). Nothing works. I am going crazy as to why.
And yes once i tried clearing all ebay related cookies also in firefox and still does not work.
No idea what the problem is.

Does ebay app on android or iOS allow us to make payment also ?

this happened to me while using android ebay app use m.ebay.in in browser

buyer state invalid?

Ok so instead of trying m.ebay.in or anything else i went to ebay.in normal desktop website and just to check i added one thing in cart, did not apply any coupon and then went ahead with the payment and I get this error…

If i do manage to do so then what am i supposed to take care of, if I intend to make multiple transactions using coupons ? I will NOT use any fillers.

yes, u cannot use this account anymore, make a new account with a new phone number … i think u can changeur phone number during checkout(never tried), it should work good
