How ? Any tricks for enabling calls
There are no tricks, if you have calling issue, may be its network congestion problem. try calling any landline number and check if it connects.
No man its not happening whenever I call it simply says call failed. Not sure why its happening.

Its iphone 6s.. Data working but it says call failed whenever tries to call.
Ahh, update your operator setting from iTunes. You need to manually download the operator setting and update it. I’ve done it in my cousin’s iPhone 6S who was not able to make calls from JIO. Google ‘how to manually update operator settings in iPhone’. You’ll get the links.

Congrats. Same here. Bought iPhone 7+. Gonna cover 10-20k in the next 12 months with data, calls and sms. Plus, the Citibank 10k cashback made the deal more sweet. Which color you bought?
got black colour, paid with citi bank only and also reliance digital offer is there it seems 3k cash back they are giving, total 13k cash back
I’m not sure if I’ll get the 3k cashback as while swiping, the paid slip didn’t mentioned it. It only says 10k cashback offer, the guy told me to wait till the cashback and than they’ll check. I’m still happy with the deal though. Mine is also black and it does look gorgeous

That was in testing and they have the right to modify the data as per their testing requirements. People were fools who thought they can’t change the T&C as per their requirement.
This plan will be activated after the commercial launch and they have to report their plans and everything to TRAI including the offers they will provide to the customers. If there’s a commitment made during the commercial launch, they have to fulfill that.
I’m not saying Reliance or his bro’s JIO would do what’s right as they are the worst arseholes in our country when it comes to loot customers. Just letting you know information about the process of Telecom.
The above benefits start from 1st January, 2017
They have already added terms like : Reliance Jio SIM issued under the latest Apple iPhone offer, you will NOT get the benefits if you use the Jio SIM on any other handset.

Its because of their network’s fuck up mate. I myself had the same problem and went crazy because of that, on my Android that is. What fixed it? A full wipe and clean installation of the ROM. I don’t remember what was the procedure for iOS, but just use the Factory Reset option. Or you could simply turn off phone for a minute, then take the SIM out, wait, reinsert the SIM and turn the phone on. As long as you see the VoLTE on status bar you will be able to make calls.

I have one doubt, How the Reliance employees get to know that from where we purchased that iPhone 7?
Example: I have bought an iPhone 7 Plus from Paytm @ 56,000 only. Can I go to any Reliance store and get that JIO sim to be elgibile for that 1 year free plan or not? Please someone confirm this.
t&c of reliance retail coupons? valid for electronics purchases like mobiles,tv etc…??
I am not sure if someone covered this already but here are the complete list of offers you can avail for iPhone 7 and 7 Plus at Reliance Digital
1. 10% cash back up to a limit of Rs. 3000 as Citibank partner offer with Reliance Digital. Nothing will be mentioned on the credit card slip but it is valid. This is valid only till end of October.
2. Rs. 7000 cash back for iPhone 7 and 7 Plus as a Citibank partner offer with Apple. Valid till 31st December 2016.
3. Exclusive 5% cash back of amount spent on the phone with no upper limit as Reliance Digital voucher valid only till end of November. This is a festival offer and will be valid only for 2 days is what the store person told me.
4. Rs. 18000 worth of Reliance Jio usage for a period of 12 months. Spread across as Rs. 1500 per month for 12 months.
5. Rs. 15000 worth of Reliance Retail vouchers split as below. I am not able to make any sense out of this though.

Nope. You’ll only get the welcome offer plan which will expire on 31st OCT. The phone has to be purchased from Reliance and at the same time the sim is provided with the iPhone itself.

No idea why you’re so pissed with JIO. Probably, you’re unable to get the sim or the speed is low in your area.
Last year, same offer was provided by Vodafone with 6S+ via Amazon for 6 months. The plan was 1,299Rs for free which included 3gb data, 4000 minutes and 1500 sms. I opted for the same offer and used the postpaid for 6 months. They never changed the offer in 6 months and I enjoyed all the benefits for free. After the period, I covered my postpaid to prepaid without any hassles.
I will excuse Jio for everything and anything till end of December. They have invested over 1 lakh crores is what I heard and Reliance is very serious on building up Jio. Let’s give them a benefit of doubt and judge them only after 1st Jan 2017.

I got a SIM and the speed here is quite enough for me. Still, I’m completely pissed off with Jio for the only reason that they took back the Preview Offer within a month of my purchase. Why should I buy their exclusive (4200 bucks) mobile to be treated on par with the one who has not spent even a paisa to avail their service? It’s not about their freedom to change terms and conditions but about the goodwill they develop among their customers. Jio has monstrously failed in this.

But have we grown accustomed to Reliance’s ethical business practices? First RCom used to deduct Rs.2-5 for services never availed/existed. Then Wipod fiasco(the owners should have filed case) and now Jio continuing the trend started by their father.

Not able to comprehend what you meant. The sim is free till dec and after that the new plan is activated for next 12 months. So, it’s >15 months free.

My 2 cents
They are not the only one to blame, also blame network abusers who got the sim and using it for downloading 500-1000gb in a month (you can count me in that).
If they didn’t change the plan to 4GB a day, there would be no speed for few customers in same area and others who know how to change bands or mod phs or network abusers would’ve been enjoying tons of data. See the big picture here where few customers abuse the network and cause of that, other face network issues. By limiting 4GB, there’s a chance that everyone gets fair speeds.
Also, no one forced you to get their own phone. They already started offering 4G phones to get the sim for free, it’s for people who didn’t have the 4G phone to buy one for what they paid plus additional benefits of JIO data and calls. It’s not like you have to return the phone after 3 months
I’m not saying what they did was right but I do give a fair chance to a new company before making any assumptions.
Its iphone 6s.. Data working but it says call failed whenever tries to call.
