Even i didn't receive cb in one account, raised a ticket from app, got cb credited within 2 days
Can someone tell me how to raise a ticket for Fave Cashback Credit. I got instant message of CB credit on purchase of Swigggy Gift Card on the 1st and it is showing under my rewards on fave app but 3 days later the CB hasn't yet been credited into my bank account. Any help would be appreciated.
Tap the my account icon on top right on home page
Select transaction history
Then select rewards tab from top
Then choose the transaction where cb was credited
Then finally select on get help and raise a new case
I got credit of 50 in paytm for purchase of swiggy of 250 voucher. I got instant discount and paid 232.50. So net i paid 182.50
