Claimed offer, did paytm fast tag recharge, 25 cashback was showing during payment, but not visible under rewards to claim. Raised a ticket. Cashback should reflect in 1-2 days. Usually CRED is prompt in addressing tickets.

Contact customer care, they will ask to upload screen recording of reward section and after that they will give you CASHBACK.
