MK is just terrible. Twice payment failed via SBI DC and now it shows coupon redeemed.
Edit: I was trying to pay the same CC bill from a 2nd MK acc. Till now this hasn’t been an issue. At least my account hasn’t been debited. MK is tardy with refunds.

One of bill was failed and mobikwik says and shows as refunded. But it was never returned the account. There after nor the mobikwik not my bank(SBI) helps to get back. Mobikwik provided the RRN no. But bank says we have nothing to do. Lost my 9000. There after I never pay through mobikwik. Any one have similar experience.
SBI is staffed by morons. Similar incident in my case happened 2 years back. 2k not refunded for failed IRCTC transactions. The imbeciles at SBI have no idea about RRN.

For me the transaction is shown as pending in MK and hence no cashback received. But payment already credited to the card account
