Nowadays flipkart did not deliver products on time, also not genuine products available on Flipkart, also nowadays customer care service is very bad. They always Cancelled orders if we get products on high discounts , same for exchange, they cancelled exchange offers without any response

Useless subscription. 40rs Delivery charges applicable even for the plus memebers also. I called to customer care and they mentioned as plus membership policies are changed recently. Flipkart definitely observe the less orders compared to before and now a days sellers are delivering quality less products, I experienced many times in the recent days.

India me sub kuch chalta hai that's why post Walmart acquisition there is nothing called as customer service. I have even experienced the cust care executives talking filthy f and a words without fearing about being courteous behaviour or even getting tracked on recordings.one of the worst services they even cancelled pre paid orders on FK bbd days
