Updates :
1. I called them on Sunday the first time when I purchased the vip membership, they told to wait for 48 hours to get the benefits activated.
2. They called to wait another 48 hours to avail the benefits and marked the ticket as resolved
3. I waited until today and when tried to place grocery order the discount not getting auto applied , then I raised a chat support where first executive took 1 hr then came up with the answer that the previous member who marked the ticket as resolved as told me that I am not eligible for the 250 voucher. When I emphasized to get me connected to supervisor he discounted the chat (see the hypocrisy of Flipkart the way they treat people who bought vip ).
4. Then I requested a call back from them and talk to execute for 30 mins who failed to give the proper resolution then luckyly she transferred my call to supervisor who
A. First asked me to place the grocery order si that flipkart team can review the reason why the discount of 250 applid.

When I denied to place the grocery order fearing that I will not get the right resolution the executive raised a new request after having another 30 mins of heated argument, all in all in last 5 days I have wasted 2-3 hours to get the promised vip membership benefits from their end. We should all do something like Google app review and also start asking them to raise our concerns with right team who can Activate the benefits

There is a 50 off on mov 1500. Does that apply alongwith the 250 off on 2500?
I am only seeing one offer, 250 off on 2500 mov. It should apply both otherwise other general offers are better imo. Recently there was 10% off mov 200 + others mov offers.
