None of the packed atta are 100% wheat. To maintain look and feel, they remove husk. 

When any atta says "Chakki atta" then it is lowest quality in packed atta. Even Aashirwad have 2 qualitys in same packing. One with Chakki in logo and another with wax type seal.

I normally buy Natureland or Aashirwad (wax seal). Mix with custom grinded millets atta. 

Pillsbury is junk, Fortune is just OK.
