yes after u complete full kyc
If u see option for zero balance then open it & add some balance , I got the option for min 5k add , if u don’t add , when u goto branch for full kyc , they will close this account & convert into youth Account if ur age < 25 year with MAB of 5k or Normal Account with 10k MAB , since I already added money before completing full kyc , they didn’t have any choice , so I got the chance to retain it as zero balance
