Yes! You should be able to use as you got that 100hc for medicines purchase I suppose. Just ask them to check your hc balance before making purchase when you visit a store.
Moreover you will not gonna get any discount/cashback for the amount paid through hc.
Otherwise they offer 10-12% discount on other payment methods.
Edit: I think it'll not show up in store. As per my understanding Only hc having 1yr validity OR with Apollo pharmacy tag would work in store. @TeAmo
