Offer Details:
Validity Period: Valid till 31st March 2019
2 Visit per calendar quarter per card or total 8 times free airport Lounge access per year.
Payment have to be done using eligible and valid RuPay Platinum Debit card.
An authorization for an amount (RS.2) will be taken on the card for validation purpose only and it will be charged to card Holder’s account. The authorization charge is non- refundable.
Terms and Conditions:
The Program is applicable at select airport lounges across India listed in Annexure
RuPay Platinum Debit Card holder/s of participating banks/s are eligible to avail of airport lounge access program.
Access to the airport lounge would be granted upon successful authorization of the RuPay Platinum debit card on the point od sale terminal/s placed at the lounge/s.
RuPay Platinum Debit card airport lounge program is valid till March 2019 the period may be revised/ extended at the discretion of NPCI and the same will be communicate periodically.
Program is open only for card Holder carrying a valid and eligible RuPay Platinum Debit Card issued in India.
Only two free access per card holder per calendar quarter will be permitted subject to maximum of 8(eight) airport Lounge access per year. Unutilized access will lapse at the end of quarter and cannot be carried to next quarter.
In case, a card holder access the airport lounge beyond 2 times, he/she will be charged as per the regular access rates prescribed by the lounge.
Card Holder/s/is/are advised to check the services and facilities that are covered under the RuPay airport lounge access program.
An authorization for an amount (RS.2) will be taken on the card for validation purpose only and it will be charged to card Holder’s account. The authorization charge is non- refundable.
The program can be modified, amended, changed or evoked at any time by NPCI without prior intimation.
The access to the airport lounge will be available on first –come-first serve basis.
Complimentary access is limited to the card holder.
Complimentary access cannot be transferred or encashed.
Complimentary access may also be restricted or unavailable if NPCI withdraws the facility (either as a program or in a relation to any eligible card holder or issue bank or any participating airport lounge) for any reason at its sole and absolute discretion.
NPCI offers no guarantee that any privileges, benefits under the program or otherwise will be made available by the participating airport lounge to an eligible card holder and NPCI cannot be held liable for the same. Specifically, the airport lounge access to card holder(s) may be suspended if the validation system at the lounge is unable to swipe and authorize the customers’ card due to any system malfunction, connectivity issues or any other reason beyond the control of operation.
The provision of free alcoholic drinks (where local law permits) is at the discretion of each participating airport lounge operator and in some case may be limited.
Participating airport lounges may reserve the right to endorse a maximum stay policy (usually 2 or 3 hours) to prevent overcrowding.
Neither NPCI nor any of its subsidiaries or affiliates or member bank nor any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively the ‘Promoters’) assumes any responsibilities for the product or services offered at the participating airport lounges. The Products and services are sold or licensed or provided solely by the merchant/participating airport lounge and the promoters accept no liability whatsoever in connection with the products and services.
NPCI, serviced provider or participating airport lounge reserve the right to withdraw the offer any time without prior notice.

Valid only in domestic lounges. Liquor is chargeable in domestic terminal lounges. But is complimentary if you taking an International flight from India at lounges located in domestic International departure terminals. Personally using lounge access for the last 20 years

HDFC RuPay Platinum debit card is also International card. you can access International free Airport Lounge access too. (i think International free Airport Lounge access 4 times free yearly).
dnt know about SBI RuPay platinum card. i think SBI charge Rs300+ for RuPay platinum card but m not sure.

There are many credit cards which allows lounge access.
Also, ICICI debit card (with min annual fees 500) also provides..best is to open paytm bank account, get card and enjoy (if u cannot get credit card

This is great, Rupay now has more number of lounges than MasterCard. Great addition for me is Patna Lounge.
I ordered the paytm debit card just because of this. Patna lounge addition is definitely a great new. I dint even knew that Patna has a lounge.

Till your flight. All food and drinks are free including beer and wines.
domestic lounges have become bad and cramped for room. with almost all banks providing free access service has gone bad big time. Only plus side for a lounge is you get free refreshments like tea and cookies which are highly over priced at airports.

I am travelling overseas a lot this year and I would like to avail lounge access in other countries. I have been offered Priority Pass with Regalia by HDFC. Is there any other better option? I want lower annual fee and lower minimum annual spends.
Cheapest would be RUPAY platinum debit card for international visits, atleast for the time being. Check with your local PSU banks, they do not have high AQB reqmt for this card

I have an early morning flight at 6 am from delhi to bangalore. I will be reaching the airport at 12 am at night . I wanted to know, do they allow entry at such an early arrival before the flight departure time ? And also how much time can we spend at the lounge? . I will be having paytm’s rupay platinum card.
I spent around 5 hours at the lounge. In my case when I checked in to the lounge with Paytm Rupay card my flight was to depart in another 3 hours. Then it got delayed for another 2 hours. So once you are in it should be ok.
Otherwise also, I think they would not really mind, but the entry is for generally for a few hours(2-4). That being said I haven’t really found anyone arguing regarding the length of stay at the lounge.
