So as freecharge was giving 20rs extra on loading 100 i decided to avail the benefit.
Loaded 100rs in oxigen wallet. Then used wallet to create virtual card of same amount to transact on Freecharge. but transaction was getting failed always so decided to delete the card and make new card. However as soon as i deleted the card i checked and saw RBL funds balance is zero. How can this happen. Transcation was not successful even once and neither is freecharge showing any transcation in history. so where the 100rs of oxigen go. pls help
