I never get Freecharge cashback on UPI transactions. Does the ID to which we send absolutely have to be a Freecharge ID only to be eligible for cashback?

Didn't receive anything. Tried with 4 different accounts. Offer is there on the homepage. I tried sending money, merchant transaction, and cred payment as well
