Will I get the bank offer If I pay through this payment mode?

Yes, offer will be applicable on transactions only on the amount paid using the Flipkart UPI as payment instrument.

Also, The offer is available only on Android Devices.

Why is the offer not applied for this order using SuperCoin pay?

The amount paid using Flipkart UPI for the offer may not be eligible for participation in the offer.

Why am I not getting an option to redeem SuperCoins after adding the card details?

Redemption of SuperCoins to avail benefits is available on participating payment instruments i.e. Flipkart UPI only

SUPERCOIN PAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRELIMINARY

'SuperCoin' means the reward points issued by Flipkart, earned by the Users on the terms and conditions provided by Flipkart through www.flipka...om, Flipkart mobile app, Flipkart mobile website (all three collectively 'Platform'), owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited ('Flipkart') or other authorised platforms.

“SuperCoin Pay” is a feature offered by Third Party Payment Partners facilitated through the Platform under which a User can upon their purchase on the Platform using select payment instruments may, partially redeem SuperCoins and avail benefits.

“Third Party Payment Partners” means third party payment providers that allow Users to partially redeem SuperCoins and avail benefits.

“User/You” shall mean a customer transacting on the Platform using select payment instruments that allow the usage of SuperCoin Pay.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms ('Terms') are part of and subject to the terms of use of the Platform, the SuperCoins Terms and Conditions, the privacy policy, applicable terms and conditions of Third Party Payment Partners and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.

The SuperCoin Pay is available for all Flipkart customers.

The maximum number of SuperCoins that a User can redeem to avail benefits offered by Third Party Payment Partners on the Platform shall be at the sole discretion of Third Party Payment Partners and the same will be displayed on the ‘Payments Page’. 

Only valid SuperCoins shall be eligible for redemption using SuperCoin Pay. Expired SuperCoins shall not be eligible for redemption using the SuperCoin Pay.

Once the SuperCoins have been redeemed against benefits on the Platform sponsored by Third Party Payment Partners, they may be reversed.

These Terms are subject to change, at the sole discretion of Flipkart, from time to time.

SuperCoin Pay can be used only on use of select payment instruments offered by Third Party Payment Providers.

SuperCoins are not transferable from one User to another. Any SuperCoin Pay transaction involving a wrongful transfer of SuperCoin shall be void ab initio.

Flipkart reserves the right to disqualify You from SuperCoin Pay if any fraudulent/abuse/ reseller/affiliates activity is identified as being carried out or if You have violated any Terms or applicable laws. Disqualification may also result in immediate cancellation of all SuperCoin in 'earned' or 'pending to be earned'.

These Terms are subject to the prevailing laws of India.

You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.

Flipkart disclaims all liability that may arise due to any violation of the applicable laws by You.

Flipkart reserves the right to suspend making SuperCoin Pay available to you personally, or to all Users temporarily or permanently at any time without notice.

Flipkart reserves the right at any time to modify, withdraw or terminate the 'SuperCoin Pay’ as a feature on the Platform at its discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.

You are not bound in any way to use SuperCoin Pay. Any action towards using SuperCoin is voluntary.

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part.

In case of any dispute or difference arising concerning SuperCoin Pay, the same shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Other Terms & Conditions:

The Offer is not applicable for Cash-on-delivery transactions or orders converted from Cash On Delivery to Prepaid.

In case of cancellation of Your order, the transaction will not qualify for the Offer. If you cancel part of your order, you will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount You pay basis eligibility.

Flipkart/Flipkart Advanz reserves the right to disqualify the Customer from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Payment instrument.

Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Flipkart Advanz and Flipkart reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Flipkart Advanz to conduct further, similar or other offers.

You understand that Flipkart may share Your transactional data with Flipkart Advanz for purposes of this Offer and for checking Your eligibility for their products and services and by participating in this Offer, You expressly consent to this sharing of Your data for these purposes.

Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 30th June 2024. Post such date, Flipkart Advanz and Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.

Flipkart/Flipkart Advanz do not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Offer and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to sellers on the Platform.

All the existing offers, gifts, benefits etc. that are being offered can be availed by the Customer as part of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.

By participating in this Offer you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of the Offer, standard terms and conditions, terms of use, privacy policy (as amended from time to time) of the Platform, any other documents as may be applicable while using the Platform and the terms and conditions of the respective seller shall be applicable on the Customer.

The Customer shall indemnify and hold Flipkart, Flipkart Advanz and/ or seller(s) harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart and/ or seller as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) published on the Platform, by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws by Customer; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Customer.

All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Customer as applicable at the time of the respective Offer.

This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.

Any dispute arising out of the offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Bangalore, India.

All liability with respect to the products purchased lies with the respective sellers and Flipkart Advanz shall not be in any way responsible for the same.
