So, to clarify, If I add money in ola wallet through ola money card, then I would get 15% CB in the wallet only when the statement is generated? Or there are some other steps to follow too?

I got my Ola SBI Card, but Now I am unable to add money to OLA due to KYC expired. Also, I dont see my Electricity Board listed in Ola Money.

If your kyc is expired/wallet inactivated, you wont receive cashback because the cashback comes in the wallet. So you have to do kyc before you can get the cashbacks.. With lockdown, doing kyc will be unavailable, unless they have come up with some solution for kyc temporarily.
Suggestion is amazon/fk gv using sites as mentioned above.

first make sure that you are getting CB for your transactions. do a trasaction of more than 100 and wait for two days and check you are getting cb or not. (since you said KYC expired)
then buy amazon gv from komparify using ola postpaid and repay ola postpaid bill using ola sbi card to get 15% CB.

Yes i got, added 50 to olamoney on sunday to test it, got 7rs today. I have not done kyc yet but it is not expired. Will suggest you too test it first.

Still I didn’t receive cashback for 160 rs which I loaded on May 15th
I loaded 150 on May 15th & 210 on 20th. But didn’t receive any cashback yet. Also swiped for 550 on 22nd. Today received 5 rs CB for 500 transaction. Yet to receive CB for Ola load. In ola app it is showing pending for rewards for both the transactions. But in SBI it is showing 30rs rewards are earned this month ( last bill generated on 13th) @maxdealer

Yes. You can, infact 15% cashback. But not that ola cash can only be used at ola rides I guess. Others can correct me if wrong.
It works. Its just that it will directly use ola gateway for payment. Not thru ola postpaid. I have bought few from Zingoy and Komparify and got cashback. Though I need to do ola KYC to get them credited @Unknown
