OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This offer ("Offer") is a limited time promotional offer provided by Clicktech Retail, Appario and Bathla Electronics ("Eligible Sellers") and is made available on the website www.amazon.in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, "Amazon.in") by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon").
2. These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to this Offer only.
3. This Offer is valid from June 23rd, 2023 to March 31st, 2024 (both days included and referred to as "Offer Period"), unless extended or revoked by the Eligible Sellers in its sole discretion, without the requirement of any prior notice and without any liability. The promo code to claim the Amazon Prime membership that will be shared via email will remain valid until 30th June 2024.
4. During the Offer Period, non-prime customers who purchase any eligible Echo device, Fire TV Stick device or Kindle (“Device”) from the Eligible Sellers on Amazon.in (“Eligible Customers”) will be eligible to receive a three-month Amazon Prime Membership at no additional cost, after they set up their device (“Benefit”);
5. The Eligible Customers will receive the coupon code for redemption of the Benefit under this Offer (“Code”) via registered email for which Eligible Customers are recommended to have a valid e-mail address registered with Amazon.in to be able to redeem the Code sent via e-mail.
6. To utilize the Benefit, the Eligible Customers will need to enter the details of payment instrument (credit/ debit card). For verification purposes, card will be charged an amount of INR 2.00, which shall be refunded. There will be no extra cost charged to the Eligible Customer for utilization of the Benefit. At the end of the 3 Months’ Benefit period, the Amazon Prime Membership provided as part of the Benefit will be automatically converted to a recurring paid membership plan of INR 599.00 for every 3 months. Such automatic renewal can be turned off at any time.
7. It is hereby clarified that only the Eligible Customers will only be eligible to claim the Benefit under this Offer.
8. The Benefit under this Offer is provided by Eligible Sellers to the total exclusion of Amazon and / or its affiliates.
9. By participating in this Offer, each Eligible Customer expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that Eligible Customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with the Eligible Customer’s use or delivery or misuse of any product purchased or benefit provided under this Offer.
10. In the event an Eligible Customer fails to comply with any of these Offer Terms, such customer will not be eligible to receive the Benefit.

1. The Benefit will be provided to the Eligible Customer within 5 days of the setting up of the Device.
2. Any queries or issues in relation to the availability of this Offer should be addressed to Eligible Sellers. It is hereby clarified that all such queries will be entertained only during the Offer Period.
3. The Eligible Customer is not bound in any manner to participate in or avail the Offer. Participating in or availing this Offer is purely voluntary.
4. The participation of an Eligible Customer will be deemed to be withdrawn from this Offer, if the purchase transaction: (a) is cancelled (for any reason whatsoever) by the Eligible Customer or Eligible Sellers or by Amazon; or (b) the Device is returned by the Eligible Customer.
5. Eligible Sellers reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change any or all of these Offer Terms, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
6. Eligible Sellers reserve the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer from availing the Benefit if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
7. Neither Amazon nor any of its affiliates make any warranty of any kind, express or implied in relation to this Offer (including, without limitation with respect to the status, fulfilment of the benefits). The customer hereby releases Amazon and its affiliates from liability of any kind related to this Offer.
8. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon and its affiliates to conduct further, similar or other offers.
9. All decisions of Eligible Sellers related to the Offer are final and binding on the customer. Failure by Amazon and/or Eligible Sellers to enforce any of these Offer Terms, in any instance, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim against Amazon and/or Eligible Sellers by any person.
10. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes in relation to this Offer.
11. The Benefits is not transferable, assignable or exchangeable. The Benefit cannot be negotiated or refunded, and under any circumstances, no cash equivalent will be given. Only the beneficiary being the Eligible Customer himself or herself, and no other person or agent, may claim the Benefit.
12. Under no circumstances, will the Benefit provided under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof.
13. Any Eligible Customer availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
