I have heard they have very good repo n trust in delhi ncr. Especially for airport rides
Ola uber are known for cancellations but blusmart is actually doing good there. I havent availed their service as of now. Came to know of them from some members in my professional network

Quite satisfied with blusmart.. but looks like they were just waiting to get popular to hike prices. A 5-10km drive slab which used to cost 179 now suddenly shows 199. Found them to be very reliable so far but have to book well in advance since they have very limited slots, especially during peak hours. Also, area of operations are quite limited in Delhi and drivers suffer from range anxiety
