5. What is the time frame for reaching Milestone Spends?
3 Months (90 days) from the date of Issuance. Example, Customer is issued card on 15th April’21 then he needs to spend more than or equal to the defined milestone spends before 14th July’21.

6. When will I get Amazon Gift Voucher as Milestone Benefit?
Eligible customers will receive Amazon Gift Voucher via Mail or SMS within 90 days after completing the offer period. Example, Customers availing card on 15th April’21 will complete his offer period by 14th July’21 and eligible customers will receive Amazon Gift Voucher before 13th October’21.
7. What is the time frame for reaching Activation Spends?
1 Month (30 days) from the date of Card Issuance. Example, Customer availing card on 15th April’21 needs to do atleast one transaction of value greater than or equal to the minimum transaction amount as before 14th May’21. (Refer Point – 3)
8. When will I get Activation Benefit?
Additional Bonus Points will be credited to customers account within 90 days after completing the offer period. Example, Customers availing card on 15th April’21 will complete his offer period by 14th May’21 and eligible customers will receive additional bonus points before 14th August’21.
- Minimum Value Per Txn – Rs 250/- to be eligible for Cashback
- This offer is currently valid for customers sourced & transactions done between 1st Apr’21 – 30th June’21
- Customers would be eligible for Cashback only if atleast one Txn of Rs 250/- each is done on both Fuel and Grocery Category
- All Relevant MCC Codes mapped under Fuel & Grocery Category will be considered for Cashback
- This is offer and above the existing Product Feature Eg: For Platinum Debit Card – 0.5% Cashback is applicable for every Rs 200 spent on Grocery. Customers will continue to get this cashback as per the product feature
- Only POS & Ecom Transactions done via Debit Card will be considered for CashBack
- Maximum Cashback that can be earned per card per month is Rs 500/-
- Promotional Cashback points needs to be redeemed through NetBanking
- Offer applicable for – Platinum, Millennia, Business and Times Points Debit Cards only
- All promotional CashBack points earned on your Debit Card will have a validity of 3 months, post which the accumulated points will expire
- Customer is not eligible for redemption of cashback points on account closure.
