Details of the Offer:
Apply for an addon card within the offer period and spend Rs. 2000 or more on the newly acquired add-on
card within 30 days of card issuance to get an Amazon voucher worth Rs. 2000 for every successful card
booking. Offer period: 1st December 2022 to 28th February 2023
• This Offer is valid for add-on cards booked on a select set of primary credit card customers holding
Citibank Credit Cards issued in India (“Customer/ Cardmember”) who have received the invitation to
the offer via email/SMS/Mobile app notification from Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank/ Citi”). Offer is not
applicable for Citi Prestige and Ultima cards.
• Add-on card application must be done on eligible primary cards within the offer period to qualify for
the offer. Application will be considered for the offer if Application generation date lies in offer period.
• The customer will be eligible for an Amazon voucher worth Rs. 2000 on cumulative qualifying spends
of Rs. 2000 or more on the add-on card within 30 days of add-on card issuance (‘Offer’).
Add-on Credit Card issuance related criteria:
• Add-on card can only be issued for any of the following relations: Parent / Spouse / Child / Brother /
Sister / Father-in-law / Mother-in-law / Daughter-in-law / Son-in-law / Brother-in-law / Sister-in-law.
• Issuance of Credit Card is at the sole discretion of the Bank and is subject to Bank's internal approval
criteria.
• Upto 5 additional cards can be availed at no additional cost on select credit cards including Citi
Rewards Card, IndianOil Citi Credit Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Cash Back Credit Card & First
Citizen Citi Titanium Credit Card.
• Addon card will have common credit limit along with primary card and one consolidated statement will
be available for all purchases on primary and addon card.
• Following documents will be required during the addon application process

How to apply for a Citi Add-on Credit Card?*
• Please click here to apply for an add-on credit card with your primary card registered details.
• Our representative will fix an appointment with you for collection of application form.
• Provide filled and signed application form to our agent.
• Add-on will receive a call to fix the appointment for physical KYC.
• Meet a Citibanker with a photo, original KYC documents and a self-attested copy of add-on KYC.
*Please note that your primary card updated address as well as add-on permanent address (as per addon KYC) must be in one of the following cities – Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad,
Chennai for the issuance of add-on as per the above process. Our agent will collect the application form
from your primary card updated address. A Citibanker will meet the add-on later at the permanent
address of add-on for physical KYC.
In case the above criteria are not met, you can visit the nearest Citibank branch and apply for an add-on
credit card. A filled application form with a photo and a self- attested copy of add-on KYC document must
be submitted at the branch and the add-on applicant must carry original KYC for verification.
