• One mobile number can participate only once in a single calendar month i.e. maximum up to 6 times with 6 unique codes to win 6 Book My Show codes worth Rs 100 each during the promo period.

Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Program shall individually be referred to as "Participant" and collectively as "Participants”.

The consumer needs to find the 12-character unique code on Hersheys Exotic Dark Chocolates Consumer Promo pack and send the participation via SMS in the correct format on the number provided above. This 12-character unique code is mentioned on the inner side of the promo pack.

Hersheys India Limited and Partner Agency shall have a right to ask for the original packs in case of any query raised by the Participants during the Program Period, non – submission of which shall render the Participant as not eligible to participate in the Program.

Products are also available without this Program. By participating in this Program, each participant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

• Hersheys India Limited at its discretion may ask the Winners to furnish the any or all the following documents:
  • a. Aadhar, Pan Number, ID Card, Passport, Driving License, or similar government ID.
  • b. Winners will be required to retain and furnish on demand the wrapper of the pack with the winning code.
  • c. Winners will be required to furnish a proof of ownership of participating mobile number (Mobile bill or a letter from their Network service provider clearly stating the mobile number, their name, address etc.)
  • d. Identification details (Name) on the identification document furnished should match the same on Mobile Bill / Letter furnished by network service provider.
  • e. In case the winner is less than 18 years of age, an undertaking, as well as valid proof for establishing Parent / Legal Guardian Status will then be needed. Parent/Legal guardian will also be required to submit a valid PAN Card.
  • f. Eligibility will be scrutinized by an independent auditor, and Agency will contact the winner once documents furnished are scrutinized and found to be acceptable.
  • g. In case any one of the above documents are not available for any reason, the Hershey India Limited/ Agency reserves the right to take a decision basis the availability of other documents. This decision will be final and binding.

• Select Location, Event, Venue, Show Date, Time & Seats of your preference as the logic flows.
• On the payment page, click on the “More Payment Options” & click on the ""Gift Voucher"" tab to enter the Gift Voucher e-code in the text box that appears & click on the ""Apply" button to avail the offer.

• Gift Voucher can be redeemed only on BookMyShow Website/Mobile App & cannot be redeemed directly at the Cinema/Venue Box Office.
• Gift Voucher can be redeemed on the purchase of e-tickets for Movies/Virtual Events/Plays/Concerts/Sports/BMS Stream available on BookMyShow.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers can be used in a single transaction or Gift Voucher can be combined with any other payment type on BookMyShow.
• Gift Voucher can be used multiple times until the last rupee loaded on it gets exhausted within the validity period.
• Gift voucher is valid for 6 months.
• Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
• Gift Voucher work on non-extension clause & order once confirmed cannot be Cancelled or Refunded.
• Gift Voucher are valid PAN India across all Cinemas/Partners associated with BookMyShow.
• If lost misused, the Gift Voucher cannot be replaced. Void if resold, cannot be exchanged for points or cash & cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
