Is a coupon code required to avail the offer?
Yes. The customer needs to add Amazon Fashion & Beauty products from page

code(AF100) in cart checkout page and then place the order. Customer will see the cashback
being applied on the checkout page.

Will this offer be over and above other offers?
Cashback will be computed on the product price post coupon discounts applied.

When will I get the cash back?
The applicable cash back under this Offer will be credited to the eligible customer’s Amazon
account as Amazon Pay balance within 24 hours from date of shipping.

What if I cancel/return my order?
If you cancel/reject the complete order, you will not be eligible for the offer.However if you
place another eligible order during the offer period, you will be eligible for the offer. In case of
partial cancellation, the refund amount will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Example: if a
customer buys products worth INR 1000 under the offer and is eligible for INR 100 as cash back,
however due to some reasons she/he decides to reject/return INR 1000 worth of products, then she will be refunded INR 900 to the original payment instrument (INR 100 cashback issued as Gift Cards cannot be cancelled as per RBI regulations, and will be adjusted against the refund credited).

Is the Offer applicable on purchase of all products?
The offer is only applicable on the purchase of products from Amazon Fashion (clothing, shoes,
watches, luggage, eyewear, handbags, jewellery) and Beauty products on all brands. The offer is not applicable on gold or silver coins and select beauty products or on products from any other category other than those mentioned above.

If your payment failed while placing an order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revive your payment for such order. If you revise your payment within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the cashback.
