Get flat ₹25 cashback* on one transactions with the PhonePe Wallet at offline stores. Minimum bill value of ₹100 is required to avail the offer

What is the eligibility criteria?
Offer applicable:

• Offer valid for select set of users in offer duration
• Full payment to be made with the PhonePe Wallet only.
  No other payment instruments (UPI / Debit or Credit Card) are applicable on this offer
• At offline stores only.
• The offer is not applicable if you make a partial payment with UPI

From 14:00 hrs 11th November 2021 to 23:59 hrs 11th December 2021

How many times this offer can be availed?
Offer can be availed only once (per user, per device) during the offer period

How do I avail the offer?
In the merchant stores, inform cashier you want pay by PhonePe. Provide your phone no. to the cashier. You will get a request on the PhonePe app Or Scan the PhonePe QR code option available at the store. Use the relevant payment mode as described above to be eligible for the offer. Click on pay to complete the transaction.

When do I get the cashback / benefit?
Cashback will be credited as PhonePe Wallet balance within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction

What happens if I am eligible for more than one offer?
If you are eligible for more than one offer, the offer giving you the maximum Cashback is automatically picked up for you

What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my transaction?
In case of any cancellations, the cashback given on the transaction will continue to remain as gift voucher balance and non-withdrawable to your bank account. This can continue to be used on PhonePe (recharges, bill payments, etc.). Refunded amount less of cashback will be credited back to the source of funds used while making payment
