The Offer can be availed only once per Card account. Ltd. introduces an offer (“Offer”) on Tab (“Device”) wherein a customer will be eligible to get ₹10,000 off on Keyboard cover ( With the offer effective price of Tab S7 and Tab S7+ Keyboard cover will be ₹5,999 and ₹7,999 respectively) and Samsung Galaxy Buds+ @ ₹1,999 only. The Offer shall be available from Dec 1, 2020 to Jan 31, 2021 (“Offer Period”).
A customer can purchase the Device both Online (both LTE & Wifi Model) and Offline (only LTE model). The online booking can be done on Samsung Shop i.e. https://samsung....in, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, TataCliq and Snapdeal (hereinafter referred to as “Online Outlet/Online portal”), whereas the offline booking can be done at the select Samsung stores (hereinafter referred to as “Offline Outlet”). Customers are advised to check the Offer availability before purchasing the Device at the Outlet. Wifi Model also available for sale in offline channel although the offer will not be applicable on the same.
3. Purchasing Device on Samsung Shop or Any other E-Commerce Portal(s):
i. If a customer is purchasing the Device on Samsung Shop i.e. Samsung e-store or e- Commerce, they will have to make a full payment of the amount as declared on the respective Outlet during the Offer Period.
ii. The price of the Device as listed on the Online Outlets shall be inclusive of all taxes.
iii. While purchasing customer will have to fill in the required details as mentioned on the respective portals such as name, mobile number, email id, model number and color of the Device, without which the booking will be incomplete.
iv. If customer purchases the Device from Online outlet / Portal as mentioned above, they will have to follow the redemption process for Keyboard Cover & Galaxy Buds+ as mentioned in Clause 5 below.
v. Deliveries would depend upon the geographical location and the lockdown conditions if any, imposed by the respective State Government(s) in customer(s) delivery region, where the Device has to be delivered.
vi. Customer(s) will be required to activate the Device between Dec1, 2020 to Jan 31, 2021 and register on the Samsung Shop App (to be downloaded from the Google Play Store) on or before Feb 14, 2021 in order to avail the offer.
vii. Redemption of the Keyboard Cover and Galaxy Buds+ can be done at Samsung Shop from Dec 7, 2020 to Feb 14, 2021.
viii. In case a customer does not comply with the above mentioned timelines they will not be eligible for the Offer and no claims shall be entertained either against Samsung or its authorized partners.
ix. The shipping of the Device, Keyboard Cover and Galaxy Buds+ will be subject to availability of stocks in the specified color.

4. In case of purchasing through Online Outlets,
Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Limited will not be responsible or liable for supply of the Device as the same is being sold by Savex
Computers Limited (“Savex”) or Reliance
i. Any wrong submission of required details including but not limited to shipping details;
ii. Any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control;
iii. Any late transmissions or entries;
iv. Any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures;
v. Any delay, damage, non-receipt, lost, misrouted delivery of Device.
vi. Any delay due to non-availability of stocks or for any other reason beyond its control.
vii. Any delay or loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, and any other force majeure circumstances.

5. Purchasing Product from Offline Outlets:
i. If a customer purchases the Product from select Offline Outlet(s), they will have to make the full payment at the time of making the purchase.
ii. While purchasing the Product offline, customer will have two options as regard the redemption of the Offer (only LTE models) as under:
(a) Option 1 – Redeem both the Offers along with the Product at the time of purchase itself.
(b) Option 2 – Redeem both the Offer online on Samsung E-store within the Offer redemption period as detailed in the clause below.
iii. Customer can avail either of the options to redeem the Offer within the stipulated timelines, failing which the Offer shall stand expired and no claims shall be entertained in this regard. Under no circumstances will the customer be allowed to redeem the Offers both Online and Offline together i.e. one offer redemption offline along with the Product and one online, this is strictly prohibited.

6. Redemption process for Tab S7/S7+ Keyboard Cover & Galaxy Buds+:
Once the customer purchases / receives and activates the Device you will have to follow the process for redeeming the benefits:
i. Redemption of the Keyboard Cover and Buds+ will start from Dec 7, 2020 on Samsung Shop.
ii. Device should be activated and fresh enrolment/sign in to the Samsung Shop App (to be downloaded from the Google Playstore) must be completed by Feb 14, 2021 failing which customer(s) will not be eligible for the Offer.
iii. Open Samsung Shop & Visit “For You” Tab to check eligibility. Click on Keyboard Cover and Buds+ redemption banner.
iv. Enter manually the IMEI/Serial number of the tablet mentioned in the settings>>about tab section
v. Once the IMEI/Serial no. is verified, Samsung Shop App will show list of available Offers. Please select Book Cover /Galaxy Buds+ and add to cart.
vi. Redemption of Keyboard Cover /Galaxy Buds+ at customer discretion can be done only once for every phone number on or before Feb 14, 2021
vii. The shipping of the Keyboard Cover / Galaxy Buds+ will happen within 30 days from the day of placing order for the same at Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung e-store). Delivery will happen depending upon customer(s) geographical location and the lockdown conditions if any, imposed by the respective State Government(s) in customer(s) delivery region, where the Device has to be delivered.
viii. The Keyboard Cover and Galaxy Buds+ shall be on As Is basis and will be delivered subject to the stock availability.
7. By availing the Offer, it would be deemed that the customers have given their consent to contact them through call, SMS or email on the details provided by them for the purpose of this Offer or for any future communications from Samsung or its authorized partners.
