If your credit card UPI transactions on any payment app (PhonePe, GPay, PayTM etc) are getting declined, please follow below steps:

1. Open the payment app on which you are facing the issue

2. Find your Kotak RuPay Credit card

3. Delete the Kotak RuPay credit card account from the payment app

4. Link your Kotak RuPay credit card again

5. Once linking is complete and UPI PIN is set you will be able to transact again
